CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be advised in writing.
Before Monday 2 September 2013 a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee is available.
After Monday 2 September 2013 no refunds will be given due to fixed cost commitments at the venue. The Burke and Wills Historical Society and the University of Ballarat cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances. Registrants must take into consideration that venue, food and beverage, learning materials, presenters, etc are finalised and confirmed prior to the commencement of the conference and therefore considerable and non-refundable costs would have been incurred by the joint organisers. A substitute can be nominated to take your place with no additional cost or penalty.
